1. What Visa Compass is — and is not

Visa Compass helps you prepare, check, and submit visa applications to the destination country's official channels, and keeps you informed while a decision is pending. We are a private facilitation service.

We are not a government agency, embassy, or consulate, and we have no influence over visa decisions. Approval, rejection, and processing time are always decided solely by the destination authority. We never guarantee an outcome.

2. Your account and your information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, and upload only genuine documents that belong to the applicant. Submitting false information to a government is a serious offence — applications we believe to be dishonest will be refused and may be reported where the law requires.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You may apply on behalf of family members or clients only with their consent.

3. Fees and payment

Our pricing is always itemized before you pay: the government fee (collected on the destination authority's behalf) and our service fees are shown separately, with no hidden charges. Payments are processed by SSLCommerz; we never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in short, our service portion is refundable while we can still stop work, and the government fee is non-refundable once paid to the authority.

4. Our service commitment

A specialist reviews every application before it is submitted. If something needs fixing, we tell you exactly what and why. We submit to the official portal on your behalf only after your payment settles and your file passes review.

If we make a mistake in handling your application, our liability is limited to the service fees you paid us for that application. We are not liable for decisions of the destination authority, delays on their side, or losses such as booked tickets and hotels.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Visa Compass to submit applications for people without their consent, to probe or disrupt the service, or to violate any law of Bangladesh or of the destination country.

6. Closing your account

You can delete your account from the account page at any time once your in-progress applications have concluded. Records of completed applications are retained as business records, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and contact
